Can I pause my subscription?

When you pause a subscription, your subscription pauses at the end of your current billing period.

On your Android device, go to subscriptions on Google Play. From there select the subscription you want to pause. Tap Manage > Pause payments. Set the time period to pause payments. Once completed, tap Confirm.

Apple

Pausing for a temporary amount of time is not a feature available by Apple. If Apple offered this feature, we would provide it. However, pausing can be as easy as cancelling and then resubscribing at any time.

Please note, when you cancel, you will lose your listening progress, but you will regain access to everything else in the app.

To cancel your subscription, go to your profile within the app and select manage subscription. You may also do so through the Apple App Store. This is subject to the cancellation restrictions set forth by Apple.
