If I cancel before my subscription ends, do I get a refund?

Once you cancel, you will not be charged any more. You can use the app until the last day of your subscription period.

Android

Purchases are made through the Google Play store and their policy is that they don't give refunds for most Google Play purchases. However, there are exceptions and you can get more information by visiting Google Support. 

Apple

Purchases are made through the Apple App store.

If you just recently renewed and want to request a refund, please reach out to the Apple App Store. All refunds are processed via the Apple App Store.

If the renewal date is multiple days in the past, you might not be eligible for a refund.
