Family Sharing

In order to have your family member gain access to the ACIM Audio via Family Sharing, you need to make sure that the Family Sharing is set up with them first. To see if you and your family has Family Sharing set up, please see this Apple Support article for more information. Once Family Sharing is set up, please follow the steps on how to access ACIM Audio through Family Sharing.

Accessing the ACIM Audio App Through Family Sharing

1. Download the ACIM Audio App:
   • Have your family member download the ACIM Audio app from the App Store.
   • They should sign up and log in using their preferred method, then complete the full onboarding process.
2. Subscription Confirmation:
   • When prompted to subscribe, they must proceed with the subscription process. The subscription screen should display "Family Subscription," indicating that Family Sharing is recognized.
3. Access Confirmation:
   • After confirming the subscription, a message will appear stating, "A Family Member already paid for the app, you get it for free." This confirms that they now have access to the full ACIM Audio app.
4. Troubleshooting:
   • If an error message appears, they should select "Restore Purchase." This should resolve the issue and grant access to the app.
