How do I set a timer to automatically stop the audio?
You may want the audio to pause on its own after a period of time — for cases such as listening before sleeping, meditating for a certain period of time, or setting a certain study length.
In either the normal audio player or the meditation player, open the “More Settings” menu, then tap “Timer” under Time Settings.

Choose how you would like the timer to end:
- Custom — drag the slider to any length from 1 to 120 minutes, or tap one of the preset times.
- End of Section — the audio pauses when the section you are listening to finishes.
- End of Chapter — the audio pauses when the current chapter finishes.
Then tap “Start Timer.”

“End of Section” and “End of Chapter” are available in the normal audio player. In meditations and in the Workbook, only “Custom” is offered.
Once a timer is running, the time remaining appears at the top of the player. Tap it to open the timer again.

To stop the timer, tap “Turn Off” on the timer card. To change it, choose a new length or a new mode and tap “Start New Timer” — the countdown will restart from that new setting.

Note that the timer is shared across both the normal audio and the meditation audio, and will pause all audio after the time expires.
